Document Requirements for our Services |
PREPAID VISA APPLICATION FEE SERVICE ONLY
These documents below may be faxed or emailed to us.
- 1 copy of your passport's biometrics page. Make sure that the passport # is clear and eligible.
- 1 copy of your appointment confirmation. Email copy is fine. A family of 2 or more will only need one appointment confirmation copy.
FOR MEXICAN PERMIT
Requested documents are:
- 1 copy of your identification page of your passport
- 1 copy of your current visa
- 1 copy of your I-797
- 1 copy of your appointment letter at the Nuevo Laredo Consulate (1st page
only)
PLEASE MAKE CLEAR COPIES
These documents must be sent to us via ground carrier. Faxed copies will not be received by the Mexican Immigration officials for the Visitor's Pass. Please only send what is described above. It is not necessary to send anything else. We kindly ask that you do not staple any documents together. Your payment must be received before we register you with the Mexican Immigration.
CONSULAR TRIP
These documents below must be sent to us. No faxes will be accepted.
- Make 2 copies of your valid passport's biometrics page per person.
This refers to the page with your photograph, name, passport #, and expiration date showing. This will require only one page for each copy per person. Please do not make a copy of every page in it.
- Make 1 copy of your U.S. Visa currently printed on your passport per person.
It is ok if it is expired and/or if it is on your cancelled passport.
- Make 1 copy of your I 94 card stapled to your passport per person.
This is to prove your legal status in the U.S.
- Make 2 copies of your appointment confirmation per person or family. Email printout is fine. This proves that you have an appointment with the consulate on that day.
- 1 Spanish Letter for the Mexican Immigration officials
This letter must be signed in blue or black ink. Please edit and print the sample. CLICK TO DOWNLOAD

- Appointment letter for visa (If you don't have the appointment letter, reference number is OK.
- I-20
- Federal and State Tax return and W-2 forms.
- Company information if available, type in a great quote from the journal that lifts the profile of your company and products.

- Your spouse's file for current H1B petition (I-129, LCA, I-797)
