ITINERARY
 You’ll be picked up at 6:30 am at the Days Inn & Suites Laredo / Motel 6 Brownsville hotel lobby ONLY. Please be on time and have all your documents ready. We’ll give you an overview of the process before leaving the hotel. If you wish to stay in a different hotel, be aware that it is your responsibility to be on time for pick up at the Days Inn & Suites Laredo / Motel 6 Brownsville Hotel lobby.
Pick Up and Transport
6:30 a.m. Pick up and overview
Please bring only the necessary and leave your luggage at the hotel or front desk, there are a lot of restrictions of what you can bring to the American Consulate in Nuevo Laredo / Matamoros.
7:15 a.m. Mexican Immigration
You’ll get your permit to enter Mexico
 7:45 a.m. Arrival at the American Consulate in Nuevo Laredo / Matamoros
At this point we will go over the details again of what you’ll need for your interview.
Interviews
12:30 Depart to US Immigration office
 Here you’ll get your I-94 which has a cost of $6.00 dollars. You need to bring the exact amount.
The estimated time to get your permit is between 1 and 3 hours.
4:30 + Hotel Drop off
We will take you back to the hotel after you get your permit. The exact time depends on the immigration officer and how long it takes for him to give the permit.
ITEMS PROHIBITED BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 Electronic devices, cosmetics, medicines, food, knifes, nail clippers, gum, small and large bags, water, lighters, matches, etc. You may leave your belongings in our van but we are not responsible for them. It is better to leave them in the hotel.
DELAYS
Please be aware that this itinerary is and will be in effect if there are no delays in the consulate or in getting your I-94. We do not have any influence or say so in the decision of the U.S. Consulate or the Immigration office. If for some reason you are required to stay overnight in Nuevo Laredo / Matamoros Mexico, we will take you to a hotel, pick up your luggage from the U.S. hotel and take it to you. We will also assist you in any way possible to make your trip as convenient and safe as possible. |
