Prepaid Application Fee (Banamex)
To expedite your visit, we offer a Prepaid Application Services
The Department of State charges a non-refundable application fee of $131.00* US Dollars (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos) in order to be interviewed at the U.S. Consulate in Nuevo Laredo. You must have this Application Fee prepaid by the time of your appointment to avoid any appointment cancellations or delays at the consulate.
This fee can be paid at any branch of Banamex Bank.
We can make this payment for you for a fee, but we need to receive the following documentation:
Copy of your passport with the biometrics
(the page with all the personal information and passport data)
$60.00 + U.S. Visa Application Fee(s) of $131.00 each
Add $5.00 for each additional person/applicant

Mexican Permit (Visitors Pass Filing)
To enter legally into Mexico, a Mexican Immigration permit is required. This permit can be acquired free of charge at any Mexican Immigration office.
To expedite your Consular visit we can help with this procedure, for
a fee of $100.00 per adult and $85.00 per child dependent.
To do so, we will need to receive from you:
- Copy of your identification page of your passport
- Copy of your current visa
- Copy of your petition approval (I-797)
- Copy of your appointment letter
- Signed an affidavit, which will be in English and Spanish

We require receiving all documentation via ground courier in our office 7 days prior to your appointment.
A Mexican Permit is not Mexican visa!

Consular Shuttle Services
We take pride in providing swift, efficient, and courteous transportation between Laredo / Brownsville, TX and the US Consulate in Nuevo Laredo / Matamoros.
On the day of your appointment we will pick you up at 6:30 AM at the Days Inn & Suites Laredo / Motel 6 Brownsville hotel lobby, please be ready.
- The first stop will be at the Mexican Immigration office where you will get your Mexican permit.
- From there the next stop will be at the US Consulate for your appointment, we will take you to the gate and wait for you until the end of your interview.
- After your appointment we will take you back to the United States thru the U.S. Immigration port of entry for a new I-94, upon validation you will need to pay a $6 fee.
- Finally we will take you back to your hotel.
We Take Care of all the Details:
- We provide transportation to our clients ONLY
- Assistance by a bilingual agent, who will accompany you until you finish the whole process
- Visit to downtown Nuevo Laredo / Matamoros
